I build the tools small businesses and field-service operators actually need: bots, automations, dashboards, and the infrastructure behind them. AI does the work; a person signs for every decision.

How I work

  1. I am the point of responsibility. I sign the contract. AI works for me; I give the vision and the final approval.
  2. Full documentation, no repetition. Anything done once becomes a template.
  3. If I don't have a tool, I build one.
  4. Truth over comfort. Unknowns are called unknown; guesses are labelled guesses.
  5. Simplest working solution first. Complexity is earned, not assumed.
  6. The struggle is the value. Mistakes are the price of admission.
  7. Build from the inside out. Everything is built for my own operations first.

Who's behind it

Oakinkin Labs is Aleksandr Dubinkin's lab. The name comes from Dub, the Russian word for oak and the root of Dubinkin: strong, deep-rooted, built to last.

Degrees in law and civil engineering. Years running construction crews in Russia on bridges and infrastructure, from laborer to head of production. Today a certified water damage restoration technician who taught himself to build software with AI as a co-pilot: no CS degree, no bootcamp, and full responsibility for every decision.
